User-Generated Content: When you submit content to our Services (such as feedback, comments, or game-related materials), you grant Yelacenze a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and improving our Services.

You retain ownership of your submitted content but acknowledge that we may use it in accordance with these terms. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. Any suspected infringement will be investigated and addressed appropriately.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yelacenze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive termination.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue use of our Services and contact us to request account deletion. We will process account deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seoul, South Korea.

Arbitration Process: Disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) under its Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Korean, as determined by the arbitrator.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in the courts of Seoul, South Korea, to protect intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm. The parties waive any right to jury trial and any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and provide notice through our Services or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our Services.
